QS Consult is not specialised in environmental or safety management systems. As for certain sector specific standards we work together with specialised partners on these topics. We do offer a structured approach to the integration of different systems into one general management system.

QS Consult view and approach

When integrating quality and environmental management systems we strive for a maximum integration. This means that we document processes in such a way that the user (operator) only needs to refer to one document to find back all important issues, as illustrated in the example below.

But we also want to integrate the various actions that need to be taken within a management system. This leads to much more efficient system management. Less internal audits need to be planned and executed, there is only one policy containing objectives on quality, safety and environment and there is only one management review of the system.
