View and approach to the renewed SSGB open course

In our “Six Sigma Black Belt” training we are putting a lot of attention on the statistical aspects of Six Sigma. The course contains in depth discussions on a large set of statistical methods that are part of the Six Sigma toolbox.

In our five day Six Sigma Green Belt course, we apply the Pareto principle: with a limited set of tools, a large range of problems can be tackled. We have developed our Green Belt training to be as practical as possible with a minimal statistical background. Some fundamental statistical routines have been simplified to make them easier to apply. In this renewed version we went even further in creating a training that offers a maximum of practical usefulness for a large area of applications. This means that people from service iondustries will find a structured method for problem solving applicable to their environment.

We have developed a case study that helps the particpants with the application of Six Sigma.
