In a session on the competencies for the quality professional of the future, we gave a short presentation titled: ” Will the Quality Profession Survive the Digital Revolution?”.  The fundamental points we touched were: how to deploy quality knowledge throughout the organization and not just within the quality department and how to get more professional knowledge on teamwork, motivation and culture in our organizations. If we say these human elements are vitally important for quality, why do we not have more psychologists and anthropologists working for us?
